Samantha Ruth Prabhu is not very active on social media in the recent times. There have been a lot of speculations that her health is not in a great condition. In this context, there are many speculations doing rounds on social media. Putting an end to all of them, Samantha has taken to Instagram to open up on her health condition.
Samantha confirmed that she is diagnosed with a rare auto immune condition called Myositis. There is no cure for it but can be controlled with treatment.
“I was hoping to share this after it had gone into remission. But it is taking a little longer than I hoped. I am slowly realising that we don’t always need to put up a strong front. Accepting this vulnerability is something that I am still struggling with. The doctors are confident that I will make a complete recovery very soon. I have had good days and bad days…. physically and emotionally…. and even when it feels like I can’t handle one more day of this, somehow that moment passes. I guess it can only mean that I am one more day closer to recovery. I love you.. THIS TOO SHALL PASS.” she revealed in her Instagram post.
In the same post, she also shared a picture of hers, dubbing for her next film.
On the work front, Samantha’s next two films are Yashoda and Shakuntalam.
