While promoting his latest film ’18 Pages’, Nikhil Siddharth said that ‘Karthikeya 3’ shall begin next year. “I’ve been approached by many for pan-Indian projects post ‘Karthikeya 2’ and I haven’t signed for any yet. If I’m gonna make another pan-India film, it shall be only “Karthikeya 3” said Nikhil.
Hero Nikhil entered the club of ‘100CR Hero’ with his ‘Karthikeya 2’, which received widespread acclaim from audiences upon its national-level release. Directed by Chando Mondeti, the film deals with an antique of the legend ‘Krishna’ from Indian mythology. The film was declared a box-office hit and the makers have hinted about its sequel too. Speaking about it, Nikhil answered much-asked questions about the project. He also clarified that the plot for the sequel is ready with Chandoo and they are working on the other creative aspects of the film.
He is coming up with a rom-com ’18 Pages’ which stars ‘Karthikeya 2’ Nikhil and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead roles and is directed by Palnati Surya Prathap, of ‘Kumari 21F’. Filmmaker Sukumar provided the screenplay & dialogues for the film.
