The linkup rumours between Puri Jagannath and Charmme Kaur are running in the media for a long time. But neither of them has responded to these rumours yet. Finally, Puri opened up on these speculations. The director is currently busy with the promotions of his upcoming film Liger.
Speaking at a recent promotional press meet, Puri said, “I know Charmme since she was 13. I know how hard she has been working for all these years. If she was a 50-year-old woman, no one would have popped up such rumours. Only because she is at a young age, these kinds of speculations do rounds,” stated Puri.
“I believe that there will be sexual tension and romantic angle for any couple. But it dies very soon. We know that we all are married. What remains forever is only friendship,” Puri further added. In that way, Puri made interesting comments about his linkup rumours with Charmme.
Starring Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday in the lead roles, Liger is slated for a worldwide release on August 25.
