The couple shared the good news on Instagram on October 9 and there started a lot of possible surrogacy law violations. With this, the Tamil Nadu government had requested an inquiry to check for any violation.
Government has set up a panel by the Ministry of Health Tamil Nadu to do a complete inquiry of Nayanthara and Vignesh Sivan surrogacy issue.
Confirming the same, even the Health Minister Ma Subramanian had earlier said a panel had been appointed to find out if the surrogacy of this couple was legal or not and if all rules were followed.
The panel was also headed by two pediatric doctors to inquire about Surrogacy. Finally, both of them submitted a report to the Health Department yesterday.
The report states that actress Nayanthara and Vignesh Sivan got legally married on March 11, 2016 and they had also followed all the guidelines, rules and due passes that are given for surrogacy.
Also as the inquiry committee report says the couple had submitted all the required documents needed by the inquiry commission and they had followed everything as per ICMR rules, finally the controversy had come to end.
