Jr NTR and Koratala Sive delivered a big blockbuster in the past, with the film Janatha Garage. The actor and the director decided to reunite once again. It has been in the discussions for quite some time now, and finally, they have come forward to work together on NTR30.
The film was supposed to begin by now, but there has been a lot of suspense and confusion around the project. The project underwent multiple delays already due to the script work. Koratala reportedly rewrote the script multiple times to bring the desired quality.
On the other hand, the team is yet to lock the female lead. Initially, Alia Bhatt came on board to play the female lead role in the film, but then she walked away after becoming pregnant.
Now, the team is still hunting for a female lead opposite Jr NTR, who also has a pan-India appeal. Meanwhile, there are rumors that the project is not going to happen anytime soon.
In the middle of everything, we hear that the team is silently working on the pre-production. The team wants to start the film’s shoot soon and bring the film to theatres during Dusshera 2023.
