Two national superstars Akshay Kumar & Ram Charan were invited to the 20th Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, where the actors spoke about their journey into cinema & also the journey of Indian Cinema. Akshay Kumar & Ram Charan went on to shake a leg for the evergreen song ‘Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast’ and also for ‘Rangamma – Mangamma’, a famous single from ‘Rangasthalam’.
Speaking at the summit, both the stars have opined same about Indian cinema progression. They mentioned how the audience expects something different and the makers have to rethink and restructure the whole game moving forward, from the script to the making to the exhibitor.
Going by their swag, it would be a dreamy combination for the audience to see them both on screen together, erasing the boundaries of North-South cinema. And, it’s would be appropriate if some one like Sanjay Leela Bhansali from Bollywood or our own ‘Jakkanna’ S.S. Rajamouli would direct the flick, something which would reflect our culture, aesthetic, sentiments & reverb with the whole nation, with the camera eye of Ravi Varman. As of now, all we can do is to hope for this epic combination to roll out!
On the work front, Ram Charan is currently busy with #RC15 by Shankar Shanmugham, while Akshay Kumar recently came up with ‘Ram Sethu’.
