Looks like Adivi Sesh has found his forte in films. Since ‘Goodachari’ he has been sticking to the action genre, and it never disappointed the audience or the box office. His latest work ‘HIT: The Second Case’ is also working out in many unexpected ways at the box office.
Although the film received mixed reviews film maintained a good pace at the box office for the first three days and witnessed a major drop on the first weekday. But over the week, the film managed to garb decent numbers, but it looks like they aren’t to be considered good. The day-wise breakdown of the film for five days is as follows.
Day 1 – ₹6.5 CR
Day 2 – ₹5.46 CR
Day 3 – ₹5.35 CR
Day 4 – ₹1.18 CR
Day 5 – ₹1.15 crore
By the end of the Day 5 run, ‘HIT: The Second Case’ has recorded a nett of ₹19.64 CR.
The makers are hoping for a rise in number in the coming second weekend of the film. Although trade pundits have different opinions, there is a grace window until the arrival of James Camron’s ‘Avatar: The Ways of Water’.
