Adipurush team was supposed to be hailed by the Hindu community across the nation. However, the film’s teaser landed the team in a big trouble as multiple court cases were being filed on the team in many parts of the country. After the news of the team receiving notices on the objectionable content in the film, we have come to know that another case has been filed in Jaunpur court against 5 members from the team.
The case has been filed on Prabhas, Om Raut and Saif Ali Khan. The court fixed the date of October 27 for the statement of the complainant. The complaintant alleged ‘indecent depiction of Lord Ram, Sita, Hanuman, Ravana in the film’s teaser, which was unveiled on October 2.
Jaunpur’s Judicial Magistrate Ashutosh Singh has filed a complaint. The court will be deciding on the matter after a hearing. The film unit hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus for the portrayal of the Ramayana in an objectionable manner.
Kriti Sanon plays Sita in the film and Prabhas plays Lord Sriram. Saif Ali Khan will be seen as Lankesh. The film is geared up for a grand release in January 2023.
