KCR is all set for the AP tour to strengthen BRS party

Recently, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao announced his national party, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). After the announcement, he didn’t make any public appearances. We now hear that KCR is planning to make a quick tour in South India very soon. He will kickstart the BRS campaign with Andhra Pradesh. His first public meet in AP may get held either in Visakhapatnam or Vijayanagaram.

KCR is popular in AP too. He can visit the state but what he is going to speak about forms the main question here. Because AP is stuck in various problems right now. Capital city Amaravati issue, Polavaram project, delay in the construction of Kadapa Steel Plant, employment issues, and water conflicts are some of the issues that AP is handling. On top of them all, the three capital issue is the most burning controversy in the state. There is no use if KCR doesn’t speak about these issues during his AP visit.

He can’t visit like other national leaders and promote his party. As he is from the neighbouring state and is well aware of AP’s issues, there is a need for him to speak about them. Apparently, his team at Pragathi Bhavan is preparing notes about all the issues that KCR needs to address during his visit to Andhra Pradesh.

Meanwhile, we hear that around 50 key leaders of Andhra Pradesh are planning to join KCR’s BRS party. It is heard that leaders from other parties who are unhappy with the high command or unable to get MLA or MP tickets are planning to join BRS.
