With the TRS and Congress leaders visiting the Dharmaram headquarters in a huge way, high tension was created. Going into the news, TRS party challenged the other leading party Congress to debate on the development of Nandi Medaram during their rule. This led a fight between two party leaders and created a high-alert situation.

Reacting to this, to avoid the dispute, a huge police force was deployed in the Dharmaram town.

On July 15th, during a visit to Nandi Medaram flood affected areas, the Dharmapuri Assembly Constituency Congress party in-charge, Adluri Laxman Kumar found fault with the local MLA and Welfare Minister Koppula Eashwar for neglecting the village. He also pointed out that they are doing nothing for the village development.

Refusing these congress leader’s comments, TRS mandal party asked Laxman Kumar to come for a debate on the development of Nandi Medaram during Congress period.

As part of their challenge, TRS activists arrived to the Dharmaram mandal headquarters at 10 am and left the spot at 11.30 am as the congress leader failed to come. Later, Laxman Kumar of Congress party arrived to the venue at 11.30 am and he also left the spot as TRS leaders were not available for debate.

However, expecting some serious situations over there, police officials had deployed a huge force.
