Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy while talking in the press meeting claimed that the Kuppam Assembly constituency will be first in line to win all 175 Assembly seats in the State in the upcoming elections in 2024.
Jagan said that the massive development works already got started in Kuppam, and he had already allotted ₹66 crores for the municipality. “I am treating Kuppam constituency as my own one. Initially, we planned to win in this constituency during the 2019 elections, but unfortunately, Chandramouli didn’t win. But, I kept my promise and made his son K. Bharath as his successor. I want to make another promise to the people of Kuppam that if they elect Bharath, I will make him a Minister. I promise that I will always support him,” said Jagan Mohan Reddy.
He further added that the Kuppam constituency has many voters from the Backward Classes (BC) community, and it is them who decide the election. He said that even though Chandramouli passed away, he has not deserted the family and decided to support Bharath.
