The next biggie that is gearing up for its release in India is Brahmastra: Part One. Directed by Ayan Mukherjee, this fantasy drama features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. Maverick director SS Rajamouli is presenting the film in South Indian languages.

Speaking about the movie at a recent promotional event, Rajamouli said that creating the world of Brahmastra is not easy. He appreciated Ayan’s efforts in making this film. He stated that Brahmastra is not a fairy tale but a commercial way of storytelling. He further added that the film proves that love is greater than all the astras in the world. He said that Ayan didn’t convey this fact in dialogues but showed it with his way of storytelling.

Brahmastra features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy in the other important roles. Pritam has composed the music for it. Karan Johar has produced the project. It will get released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages on September 9.
