Asia Cup: India aiming to defeat Pakistan once again

India is all set to kickstart its super 4 campaign tonight by taking on its arch-rival Pakistan. This is the second game between India and Pakistan in this edition of the Asia Cup. India is looking forward to continuing its dominance against Pakistan while the latter is aiming to take revenge on the defeat in the first game.

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been ruled out of the tournament due to a knee injury. Axar Patel was announced as his replacement. But it is unclear if he can make it to the playing XI. There is a huge debate about including Rishab Pant in the playing XI. To do that, the management has to remove anyone from Dinesh Karthik, Avesh Khan and KL Rahul. On the whole, we may not see one but a couple of changes in the squad for this match.

On the flip side, Pakistan player Shahnawaz Dahani is out of this game with a suspected side strain. Apart from his replacement, they may go with the same XI that played against India in the first game. Captain Babar Azam, who is looking out of form this season, is aiming to make a strong comeback tonight.

The match will be held at Dubai International Stadium and starts at 07.30 PM IST.
