Dulquar Salman is basking in the success of his latest film Sita Ramam. After tremendous response at Box-office, the film was released in OTT a few days back and is bagging heart-winning responses all over. Sita Ramam is a musical love story set in war backdrop in the 70s.
Released a few days back in Hindi, the film has become a huge hit in the North as well. At the success meet of Sita Ramam in Mumbai, Dulquer opened up on the possibility of the Sita Ramam having a sequel or a remake.
When an interviewer asked DQ regarding the possibility of Sitaramam sequel or remake, Dulquer Salmaan said, “Even before I became an actor I knew then if there is a classic film, a film is really loved and it’s a huge hit, not to touch it. We all genuinely believed, we hoped that Sita Ramam would be an epic, a classic film but we were not sure”.
“And in not being sure we put extra effort, we put our heart and soul and blood and sweat in the film because beyond the hope you put your heart into the film. I don’t think it’s a film that can be made again.”, the Mahanati actor added.
Sita Ramam film has Mrunal Thakur in lead actress role. The film’s cast includes Rashmika Mandanna, filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon, Sumanth, Prakash Raj, and Bhumika Chawla, among others.
