The Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra: Part 1 – Shiva released a few days back is still making a lot of sound at Box-office. This fantasy adventure drama, helmed by Ayan Mukerji, has been a successful venture released in Bollywood in recent times.
The movie which is in its third week is now inching towards Rs 400 crore at the box office worldwide. Though there was a slight drop in collections on Day 14, Brahmastra is expected to pick up momentum during this weekend again.
After collecting a whopping amount Rs 75 crore globally on its first day itself, the film continues doing exceptionally well at the box office. According to the trade reports, the film bagged Rs 3.10 crore on Day 14, therefore taking the total box office collection to Rs 230.57 crore. With this Brahmastra is ready to break records in coming days.
Bankrolled by Karan Johar, the storyline of Brahmastra deals with DJ Shiva, who learns about his strange connection with the element of fire. While Shiva with his power tries to save Brahmastra, Junoon, the pawn of the dark forces, tries to get hold of the Brahmastra. The film also has Shahrukh Khan, Mouni Roy, Amitabh Bachan and Nagarjuna in key roles.
