Government of Telangana has hosted & celebrated the event ‘Kalotsavam’ and the event’s closing ceremony has been conducted in the presence of IT & Industries Minister KT Rama Rao. At this event KTR made some interesting comments hinting about the future plans of their political party TRS.
He went on to say that Telugu party is going to make big in the country. Citing the trend of Telugu movies setting records on the pan India level, the Minister said the people should extend their cooperation to such endeavours. The event, ‘Karimnagar Kalotsavalu’ was held at Ambedkar stadium here on Sunday night. KTR went on to say that TRS party was formed on April 27, 2001, hosted ‘Simha Garjana’ meeting in Karimnagar on May 17 and it lead to the support of Karimnagar people in achieving a Separate Telangana. He also said that the decision taken by Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao is going to make history.
Addressing the folk artists at the event, Rama Rao said the Telangana government has already supported 574 artists under the Telangana Cultural Council led by its chairman Rasamai Balakishan.
