Jana Sena’s Political Affairs Committee Chairman Nadendla Manohar lashed out at the ruling YCP party leaders during his meeting at Guntur district’s Ippattam village. He said that the AP government is trying to instigate feuds between various castes in the state.
Manohar met the villagers of Ippattam who donated land for the party’s ‘Avirbhava Sabha’. He stated that Jana Sena’s chief Pawan Kalyan donated Rs. 50 lakhs for the villagers for giving their land. Manohar discussed with villagers about the usage of that money. The villagers told him that YCP leaders have demolished the community hall in the village and reconstructed it once again, only to name it after YS Rajashekhar Reddy.
Manohar questioned how can they give YSR’s title to the community hall which was constructed with public funding. Speaking at the event, Manohar said, “YCP MLAs and Ministers from the Kapu community are afraid that if they don’t scold Pawan Kalyan in the morning, they will lose their posts in the evening. That’s why they are saying that they did a lot of reforms for the Kapu community under Jagan’s rule. It is unfortunate to see farmers’ grain money through the lens of the caste.”
Meanwhile, there was a power cut at the venue when Manohar was speaking. Still, he continued his meeting under the light of the flash lights. Interestingly, the power was restored as soon as he finished his meet.
