It looks like Telangana Cheif Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has decided to go full blaze on the central government, he has decided to hold a week-long assembly session in December, focusing on sanctions imposed by the Union government on progressing Telangana which has resulted in the reduction of more than Rs 40,000 crore in the state’s income.
“Unnecessary sanctions imposed by the Union Govt. on fast progressing Telangana State has resulted in the reduction of more than ₹40,000 Cr income in the FY 2022-2023. By such measures, the Union Govt. is obstructing Telangana from moving ahead in the path of development. In view of this, CM Sri KCR has decided to convene State Legislative Assembly session for a week in December to apprise the people in detail about the issue. Directed Finance Minister Sri @TRSHarish and Legislative Affairs Minister Sri @VPRTRS to take steps in this direction.” written on official Twitter handle of Telangana CMO.
It is reported that this step came in the wake of the BJP-led central government has started ED attacks on the Minister of the TRS party. Hopefully, no sessions shall get dismissed.
