Director Sekhar Kammula announced his next film long back, with Dhanush playing the lead role. The untitled film is yet to hit the floors. Meanwhile, we have come to know that the team is busy with the pre-production work and is occupied in finalizing the film’s cast. If the reports are true, Sanjay Dutt is in talks to play the lead antagonist in the movie.
Sanjay Dutt is one of the popular actors in the country and he recently made his debut in South Cinema, with the film KGF: Chapter 2. The film became a big hit and Sanjay also earned a very good name for his performance in the movie. Sanjay is now getting offers from other South languages as well.
The makers of Sekhar Kammula’s next reportedly felt that Sanjay Dutt will be a good choice for the film and the actor is yet to give his final nod for the film. However, there are speculations that Sanjay Dutt reportedly demanded a big pay check for the film.
If the reports are true, Sanjay Dutt is asking for an amount close to 10 Cr rupees for the film. However, there is no official confirmation on the same.
