A deleted social media post by India’s wicket keeper-batter Rishabh Pant has gone viral in no time as it was allegedly directed towards actress Urvashi Rautela. The Instagram post by Rishabh Pant on Urvashi was deleted within 10 minutes but it was enough time for the fans to notice it.
For the unversed, Rishab Pant and Urvashi Rautela used to be close and were regularly photographed by the media attending events side by side in 2018. But, things turned otherwise and Pant blocked Urvashi on social media in 2020. However, now again with a hot topic, the pair is making headlines.
In a recent interview, actress Urvashi Rautela spoke about a person who waited for her in a hotel lobby for hours to meet her. Without disclosing the name, the actress mentioned the person’s name as ‘Mr RP.’ Since then, speculations are rife it is Rishab Pant.
Reacting on this, Rishabh Pant wrote, “It’s funny how people lie in interviews just for some meagre popularity and for hitting headlines. Sad how some people are so thirsty for fame and name. May God bless them. #merapichachorhoBehen #jhutkibhilimithotihai.” The hashtags translate to “Leave me alone sister” and “There is a limit to lying.”
However, Rishab deleted this post just within ten minutes. Meanwhile, netizens have taken the screenshot of the post and are making it viral.
Urvashi wrote on her Instagram Stories, “Chotu bhaiyaa (young brother) should play bat ball ot…main koyi munni nahi hoon badnaam hone (I am no naive girl to be defamed) with young kiddo darling tere liye #RAKSHABANDHAN mubarak ho” as a response to Rishab Pant’s stories.
