Megastar Chiranjevi, Nayanthara, Satyadev and others acted in the new film Godfather, the official remake of the Malayalam hit film Lucifer. Godfather has become a big hit at the box office now and the day one numbers too indicate us the same. Despite the film being a remake at the box office, the makers are successful in changing the script to suit the tastes of audiences and also matching their preferences. Interestingly, Godfather’s first day collections give big boost to the confidence of the team.
On the opening day of its release, the film reportedly earned an amount close to 38 Crore rupees gross at the box office worldwide.
The film was off to a flying start not just in the Telugu states but also at the worldwide box office. Mohan Raja is the film’s director and he returned to Tollywood after a gap of two decades. The movie unit is extremely happy with the way the things are progressing at the box office and are wishing that the dream run of the film continues at the box office.
