Ram Setu is one of the recently released Hindi films. Starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role, the film was released on the occasion of Diwali. The movie opened to mixed reviews and finally settled to an average talk at the box office. The movie completed a run of 9 days at the box office successfully. However, there is a big decline in the film’s collections and there is absolutely no improvement in the same.
On Day 9, Ram Setu minted Rs 2.20 crore rupees at the box office in the country. With the addition of the 9th day revenue, the film’s final collection is close to Rs 64.05 crore. At the same time, the movie’s collections had an overall 8.52 per cent Hindi occupancy on November 2. This is definitely not a positive trend, according to the trade.
According to the film’s story, it follows an atheist archaeologist-turned-believer, Dr Aryan Kulshrestha (Kumar), who must race against time to prove the true existence of the legendary Ram Setu, while multiple evil forces destroy the pillar of India’s heritage.
Prime Video presented the film in association with Cape of Good Films and Lyca Productions. Abundantia Entertainment produced the film on a grand scale.
