Director Shankar is one of the biggest and most successful commercial filmmakers in the country. The director is currently busy with two films at a time. One of them is the sequel of Indian while the other one is RC15. The director is also planning his lineup of films. Earlier, it was speculated that he will collaborate with Ranveer Singh for a prestigious remake of Aparichithudu but now, we have a clarity that it is a different film.
As per the latest rumors in the film industry, we hear that Shankar is planning to adapt a Tamil novel to a film and it is about Velpari novel which is very famous in Tamilnadu.
Shankar is planning a big cinematic universe on a grand scale with a big budget and it will have three parts. The three part epic will be based on the iconic novel, Velpari and will go on floors by mid-2023.
This is being termed as the biggest project in Shankar’s career and the director is reportedly working on the script. Ranveer Singh is also highly excited to be a part of the film and the team will officially make the announcement of the film.
