Gujarat Assembly Election 2022: The Voting for the second phase of Gujarat Elections began today officially. The fate of many political parties is going to come out soon. All the major political parties are fighting it out to show their domination in the elections.
Almost 2.5 crore voters will be taking part in the elections today, in almost 93 constituencies spread across 14 districts of central and north Gujarat. It is interesting to see how much percentage of voters would be turning up to poll their votes.
On this note, PM Modi urged everyone to voluntarily come forward and take part in the voting.
“Urging all those who are voting in Phase 2 of the Gujarat elections, particularly the young voters and women voters to vote in large numbers. I will be casting my vote in Ahmedabad at around 9 AM. There are also by-polls taking place in different parts of India. I urge those whose seats are witnessing these by-polls to turnout in large numbers and vote,” tweeted Modi this morning.
Later, he shared a picture on social media from the polling booth and wrote, “Cast my vote in Ahmedabad. Urging all those voting today to turnout in record numbers and vote.”
