Social media giant Twitter filed a case against Elon Musk last week and forced the billionaire to go ahead with his promise and complete his $44 billion acquisition of the company.
For the unversed, Elon Musk agreed in April to buy Twitter. But, keeping a check on that, he said last week that he is planning to take back the deal, and he is not going to buy Twitter.
Marking the termination, Mr. Musk claimed that Twitter has resisted giving him the details of their spam bots, also known as fake accounts. He added that he would not believe in the Twitter statements that only five percent of its active users are bots.
“Twitter intentionally misled the public”, he added. Musk has also been pointed out on Twitter for not giving a warning before recently firing two key executives.
However, Musk lost the fight to delay the Twitter trial as the judge hearing gave a date in October.
