Targeting the leading party BJP, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday made a shocking comment that the saffron camp will be swept away from power at the Centre by people in the 2024 Lok Sabha poll.
Getting into the news, Mamata Banerjee has participated in a massive TMC Today.
During this she pointed out the BJP party for destroying the country’s institutions and added that the party which had no role in the Independence struggle is now trying to rewrite the country’s history.
Talking at this rally, she said ”The BJP will be swept away from power by the people’s mandate in 2024. They will be defeated. I can certainly say that the BJP will not get a single-party majority, and once that happens, others will unite to form the next government. Break BJP’s prison, bring people’s government in 2024″.
With increasing GST rates, the feisty Trinamool Congress boss questioned the BJP party that what will the people eat when the BJP is implementing GST on everything, even puffed rice and milk powder.
