The coronavirus pandemic is yet to come to an end in India. The coronavirus is still going strong in the country, with many new cases emerging daily. As per the latest reports, on Wednesday, India reported 10,649 fresh Coronavirus. With each passing day, we are witnessing at least 10000 cases every day.
At the same time, we have also witnessed 10,677 recoveries on Wednesday and 36 Covid-related deaths. Among the 36, nine are from Delhi, seven from Maharashtra, three from Punjab, two each from Haryana, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, and one each from Chandigarh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, and West Bengal.
The daily positivity rate has been recorded at 2.62 percent while the weekly positivity rate stood at 3.32 percent. Right now, the active cases in the country are 96,442.
The government of India and the governments of individual states are also taking a lot of preventive measures from the COVID virus from spreading further.
