BRS begins to employ their Andhra cadre! Not more than a week ago, Telangana’s Chief Minister KCR announced his entry into national politics by changing the name of his party, ‘Telangana Rashtra Samithi’ – TRS to ‘Bharat Rashtra Samithi’ BRS. Needless to say, he received more welcomes than warnings for his step.
Now, it is reported that the BRS party people have already started building their cadre. According to our sources, the party has approached former politician, Congress MP from Rajahmundry Undavalli Arun Prasad. He has been vocal about his appreciation for KCR’s vision and work. And, it has been also heard that there are good chances of him considering their offer. Next, the team is reported to approach former minister Dadi Veerabhadra Rao, also from Anakapalli, who seems to have spent a lot of time in the TDP along with KCR, and seems to have good connections with him.
In the region of Rayalaseema, speculation is that former minister D L Ravindra Reddy might emerge as a key politician, although no one is aware of their relationship. It is also not clear about KCR’s stand on the current political scenario of Andhra!
