An interesting turn took place in Andhra Pradesh Politics. Janasena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan made sensational comments on YSRCP and then met The Telugu Desam Party chief and former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
The duo held a brief meeting on the Visakhapatnam incident and the current political situation in the State. The JSP is believed to have explained the incident to Chandrababu Naidu.
Talking about the incident that happened on last Sunday in Vizag, The TDP president said that he was disgusted at Pawan Kalyan. He said, “In the past, they had attacked the TDP office and registered cases against us. It is time to protect political parties in order to save democracy. We have appealed to Pawan Kalyan to join us in this,”.
Meanwhile, Pawan Kalyan thanked CBN for his concern and said there was a need for all political parties to come together and save democracy. Talking about this, Pawan Kalyan said, “This is not the time to talk about elections, but we have to protect democracy. A decision on how to go about in elections cannot be taken in a day. We are working on strategies to fight the YSR Congress Party. As a first step, we will fight legally and politically, and ultimately, it is our aim to do good for the people,”.
Looking at the outcome of the meeting, it is clear that the two political parties are going forward with a single agenda to put a check to the ruling party, YSRCP in AP. Individually, it has become difficult for TDP as well as Janasena to fight YS Jagan and YSRCP. But, as an alliance, the two parties can beat YSRCP.
The ruling party leaders have been criticizing that Janasena and TDP will get into an alliance at some point and that has become true. From now, YSRCP may target the Janasena party, saying that TDP and Janasena are working together for a long time but hidden this fact.
We have to see how YSRCP will react to the friendship of Janasena with TDP.
