Adipurush is one of the sensational films being made in Telugu right now. Starring Prabhas in the lead role, the film is creating a special interest among the audience. The film was supposed to release in January 2023, for Sankranthi but the makers announced the film’s postponement today, in an official statement.
The team wants to spend more time on the film’s post-production works to bring a great visual experience for the audience.
“Adipurush is not a film, but a representation of our devotions to Prabhu Shri Ram and commitment towards our sanskriti and history. In order to give a complete visual experience to the viewers, we need to give more time to the teams working on the film. Adipurush will now release on June 16th, 2023. We are committed to make a film that India will be proud of. Your support, love and blessings is what keeps us going.” the team said, while making the announcement of the postponement.
The film’s teaser resulted in a negative buzz and it has done enough damage to the movie’s buzz. However, the team is currently working on bringing the best output.
Directed by Om Raut, the film also features Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan.
